British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) is a Victoria-based institutional investment manager established in 1999 to serve British Columbia public-sector pension plans and institutional clients. BCI manages globally diversified public equities, fixed income, private credit, private equity, infrastructure and renewable resources, and real estate portfolios. It is one of Canada's largest institutional investors, with 33 clients and C$313.7 billion in gross assets under management at March 31, 2026. The organization also operates from Vancouver, New York and London, with an expanding international investment presence.
