BCI releases 2025–2026 Stewardship Report

BCI released its fiscal 2025–2026 Stewardship Report on September 29, 2026. The report reviews governance engagement, proxy voting, ESG integration and ongoing interactions with the managers and operating companies it owns. BCI said it engaged 181 public and private portfolio companies directly on material ESG concerns during the preceding year and reached additional companies through collaborations. Jennifer Coulson, Senior Managing Director and Global Head of ESG, emphasized BCI's long-term approach to investor stewardship. The publication supports BCI's continuing active-ownership and responsible-investment mandate.
