BCI moves to new London office to expand European investments

BCI announced on September 17, 2026 that it would move to 20 Carlton House Terrace in London on September 21. The location would bring staff from infrastructure, private equity and capital markets and credit investments into one office. BCI cited C$36.5 billion of infrastructure investments, US$3 billion of direct infrastructure deals originated by its London team since opening and a Principal Credit Fund European exposure of 28.5% of net assets. The move reflects increased local investment execution, origination and portfolio stewardship capacity across European markets.
