BCI completes Hayfin majority-stake sale to Arctos Partners
British Columbia Investment Management →BCI announced the closing of its sale of a majority equity interest in Hayfin Capital Management to Arctos Partners on February 10, 2025. BCI had invested in the European-focused private credit platform in 2017 and participated in its development as an asset manager. Although the equity stake was sold, BCI continued as a significant strategic limited partner in selected Hayfin funds. The transaction agreement had been announced in July 2024. Neither the exit consideration nor BCI's residual LP commitments was disclosed, so those figures should remain blank.
