Third Point Acquires Birch Grove LP, AUM Reaches $21 Billion

Third Point completed its acquisition of AS Birch Grove LP on 03 March 2025, adding CLOs, opportunistic private credit, multi-strategy credit, senior loans and high yield capabilities. Post-acquisition Third Point AUM became $21 billion.
