Malibu Life agrees to acquire TruSpire Retirement Insurance Company

Malibu Life entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TruSpire Retirement Insurance Company from Mutual of America Life Insurance Company. The transaction was intended to provide Malibu Life with a platform for direct U.S. annuity issuance, subject to regulatory approval.
