Third Point →Following completion of the combination with Malibu Life Reinsurance SPC on 12 September 2025, Third Point Investors Limited changed its name to Malibu Life Holdings Limited. The transaction represented a major strategic transition from an investment trust structure toward an insurance/reinsurance platform.
