CPP Investments joins consortium behind proposed QIAGEN takeover

CPP Investments' European subsidiary is an indirect co-investor in the EQT XI-controlled bidder proposing to acquire QIAGEN. The takeover remains subject to acceptance and regulatory conditions, with closing expected in mid-2027. CPP's contribution and ownership percentage were not disclosed.
