CPP Investments completes 50% investment in Inkia Energy alongside I Squared Capital

Transaction counsel Latham & Watkins confirmed CPP Investments completed its acquisition of 50% of Peruvian power generation company Inkia Energy; an I Squared Capital-led continuation vehicle acquired the remaining 50%. The US$3.4 billion figure is the overall enterprise value, not CPP Investments' individual capital outlay.
