CPP Investments agrees to sell Australian toll-road stakes

CPP Investments agreed to sell a 10.5% WestConnex interest and a 25% NorthWestern Roads Group interest to Transurban, expecting about A$4.5 billion of gross proceeds. Closing remains subject to transaction conditions.
