Nuveen secures new CPP Investments Australian real estate debt commitment

Nuveen disclosed that CPP Investments, through CPPIB Credit Investments Inc., committed A$300 million to a new Australian commercial real-estate debt strategy. The A$1 billion first close represents total strategy commitments from multiple investors, not CPP alone.
