It originates senior secured and unitranche corporate loans, manages CLOs and private credit funds, and structures GP-led and LP-led liquidity transactions. It serves borrowers primarily in the United States and Canada and offers insurance and private wealth solutions. Antares Capital Management LLC, its parent, is majority owned by CPP Investments.
