Valicor Environmental Services Expands Wastewater Solutions Network With Houston Acquisition

Valicor acquired specified assets associated with Dagger Oil Recovery and Regio Vacuum Service, including a Houston wastewater-treatment facility under development. The purchase was of assets rather than all shares of both companies.
