Generali approves planned Alleanza integration

Generali approved incorporation of Alleanza Assicurazioni into Generali Italia, preserving Alleanza’s brand and distribution identity. Completion is expected in the first half of 2027, subject to IVASS authorization and other legal requirements. The merger has not been recorded as completed.
