Generali Spain agrees proposed BCC minority investment

Generali Spain agreed a EUR150 million minority investment in Banco de Crédito Cooperativo, strengthening its Cajamar partnership. Closing is expected in the second half of 2027 subject to approvals. The approximate ownership figure is excluded, and the investment is not represented as closed.
