Generali reallocates investment oversight in organizational change

The board approved an organizational change effective 2 November 2026. Global Investment Management, led by Luca Cetrano, now reports into Deputy CEO Giulio Terzariol’s expanded responsibilities. The General Manager role is discontinued. Marco Sesana and Jaime Anchústegui are scheduled to leave the Group on 31 December 2026; they are not treated as already departed. Additional regional leadership changes are planned for January 2027.
