BC Partners agrees co-control investment in InfoRLife

BC Partners agreed to acquire co-control of Switzerland-based InfoRLife from its founder and ACS Dobfar shareholders. It is described as BC Partners Fund XII's second investment. Financial terms were undisclosed and closing was still pending in October 2026.
