Stanadyne completes distressed asset transaction

A newly formed Cerberus-led entity announced completion of the purchase of substantially all assets of Stanadyne LLC and certain affiliates. The transaction was a distressed asset acquisition rather than a conventional transfer of all equity in the original company. Completion was announced August 1, 2023.
