Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners completes SpecialtyCare investment

Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners funds announced that they had acquired SpecialtyCare from Kohlberg. SpecialtyCare provides outsourced clinical services for hospital operating rooms. The October 29, 2021 release establishes a completed acquisition by that date but does not separately identify the legal closing day.
