U.S. Risk Insurance Group Announces Transaction With Kohlberg & Company

Kohlberg Investors VII agreed to make a significant equity investment in U.S. Risk Insurance Group and reserve additional capital for growth. The company supplied specialty underwriting and wholesale insurance brokerage services. The July 2016 announcement expected completion after regulatory approvals, so it does not establish closing on that date.
