Kohlberg announces final close of Fund X

Kohlberg announced the final close of Kohlberg Investors X, its tenth private equity fund, alongside dedicated co-investment vehicles. The fund attracted both existing and new limited partners, including public and corporate pension funds, financial institutions, endowments, consultants, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and funds of funds. Investors came from the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The announcement identified pharmaceutical and medical products and services, infrastructure services, business services, financial and compliance services, and healthcare services as core investment areas. Lazard acted as global placement agent, and Ropes & Gray served as legal counsel for the fund formation.
