APG and Fiera complete Conterra acquisition

Conterra announced that APG and Fiera Infrastructure affiliates, with management participation, had closed their purchase of the business from Court Square affiliates and other indirect holders. Fiera had first invested in April 2019. This June 30, 2021 closing announcement is distinct from the earlier agreement.
