Court Square acquires Data Blue

Dechert announced that it advised Court Square on the acquisition of Data Blue from Platinum Equity, The Gores Group and management. Data Blue provides infrastructure, cloud-architecture and virtualization solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. April 12, 2019 is the legal adviser’s announcement date, not a separately established closing date.
