Berkshire and Court Square invest in Thrive

Thrive announced a definitive agreement for a strategic investment by Berkshire Partners and existing investor Court Square. M/C Partners was to sell its remaining stake. AllianceBernstein served as debt-financing agent. The pre-existing published Berkshire-to-Court-Square co-investment relationship is retained rather than duplicated.
