Court Square recapitalizes Thrive

Thrive announced a finalized majority recapitalization with Court Square. Existing sponsor M/C Partners and management continued as investors. AllianceBernstein provided financing. The investment supported the managed-services business’s growth. This 2021 event is separate from the later 2025 Berkshire and Court Square investment.
