Court Square sells RailPros to Littlejohn

Court Square announced the sale of its stake in RailPros to Littlejohn. Court Square initially invested in July 2020. RailPros provides engineering, field services and training for rail infrastructure. The announcement establishes the completed sale but does not give a separate exact closing date or purchase price.
