PlayCore continuation fund closes

Court Square announced a single-asset continuation fund for PlayCore. Sage Equity Investors acted as sole lead investor and was capitalized principally by Leonard Green funds and co-investors. Existing investors could seek liquidity or roll their interests. Court Square remained the control investor, and PlayCore management remained invested. This is not mislabeled as an outright portfolio exit.
