Court Square acquires Veregy from Bow River

Bow River Capital announced the completed sale of energy-efficiency services platform Veregy to Court Square. The business provides energy and infrastructure improvements, including engineering and construction services. Harris Williams advised on the sale, and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck served as legal counsel to Veregy and Bow River.
