USS enters healthcare-property partnership with Assura

USS's transaction counsel reported an 80:20 USS–Assura healthcare-property joint venture, initially seeded by seven properties valued at GBP107m in aggregate. Assura would manage the properties. The announced GBP250m programme ambition is distinct from the seed assets and USS-specific capital.
