USS commits convertible financing to Globalvia

USS committed EUR150 million through a convertible loan to Globalvia Inversiones, S.A. PGGM and OPTrust had separate commitments. Source's GBP equivalent and the combined investor total are not substituted for USS's native-currency commitment. Completion was then subject to European Commission clearance.
