USS invests in Pluto Finance and development lending

USS made a significant minority investment in Pluto Finance and separately committed GBP75 million as a cornerstone investor alongside its sixth development-lending vehicle. The company stake price and exact legal fund vehicle are undisclosed; GBP75 million is not attributed to the equity stake and the GBP300 million fundraise target is not a USS commitment.
