Universities Superannuation Scheme →USS completed a follow-on acquisition of notes issued by Aysgarth Finance and backed by Yorkshire Water inflation-swap cashflows. These are notes, not a newly originated loan or a direct equity investment in Yorkshire Water. Terms were not disclosed.
