USS participates in Redexis Gas acquisition
Universities Superannuation Scheme →ATP, USS and GT Fund/CNIC completed the acquisition of Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners II's 50.1% Redexis stake. The resulting ownership was reported as ATP33.3%, USS33.3% and GT Fund/CNIC33.3%. The acquired 50.1% is not USS's individual purchase stake.
