USS and Credit Suisse establish fund-financing collaboration

The collaboration was seeded with USD3.1 billion of outstanding loans to specialist direct-lending funds. USS entities acquired a majority economic interest and Credit Suisse retained a minority and provided origination, monitoring and servicing. USD3.1 billion is the whole seed loan portfolio, not USS's individual purchase amount.
