USS and Morgan Sindall launch Supported Housing Investment LP

USS and Morgan Sindall Investments Limited launched Supported Housing Investment Limited Partnership. Partners committed GBP100 million in aggregate, USS providing 95% of capital and MSIL5% and management. No individual amount is calculated from the percentage; the conditional GBP200 million future portfolio aspiration is not committed capital.
