Sun European announced creation of expanded Britton and PACCOR platforms by combining existing affiliated portfolio businesses. Britton combined with Reuther and Veriplast's flexible division; PACCOR combined with Veriplast's rigid division. Approximate turnover and available-capital figures are omitted.
