Combined packaging group adopted Coveris brand
Sun Capital Partners →Exopack Holdings S.A. announced the Coveris name following the May 2013 combination of Exopack, Britton Group, PACCOR, Kobusch and Paragon Print & Packaging. The release described a single financial structure and integrated operations.
