Five Sun-affiliated packaging companies agreed to combine

Exopack, Britton Group, Kobusch, PACCOR and Paragon Print & Packaging announced an intended combination under Exopack Holdings Sarl, subject to lender consents and other restrictions. Sun's November 18, 2013 release subsequently confirmed the combination occurred in May and the group adopted the Coveris name.
