Vince majority stake sale and debt restructuring

Vince announced the P180 majority-stake acquisition from Sun Capital affiliates, with Sun retaining a minority interest. V Opco amended its Bank of America credit agreement and repaid part of the SK Financial Services debt; P180 assumed and forgave part of that debt. Matthew Garff resigned from the board in connection with the acquisition.
