A Sun Capital affiliate agreed to acquire Koch Separation Solutions from Koch Engineered Solutions subsidiaries on August 14, 2023. A release dated October 24 and posted October 25 announced completion and the Kovalus Separation Solutions rebrand. The exact closing day was not separately disclosed.
