Sun Capital announced completion of its affiliate's sale of VR Group, also known as Vetrerie Riunite, to Tangor Capital and Teak Capital on January 31, 2024. The original sale agreement was announced October 25, 2023 by Sun European Partners. The exact completion day was not separately disclosed.
