Cotton Holdings sale to Sullivan Brothers

Sun Capital announced that an affiliate completed the sale of Cotton Holdings to Sullivan Brothers Family of Companies. Stephens, Kirkland & Ellis and Alvarez & Marsal advised Sun Capital. This is the completion-announcement date; an exact closing day was not separately disclosed.
