The assignee for the CWC companies disclosed a stalking-horse asset purchase agreement with Newtimes Development Limited signed August 14, 2020 for intellectual property and inventory assets. This was subject to an auction, so it does not establish a completed exit. The companies had executed assignments for creditors on July 24, 2020.
