Jones Group reorganization into independent businesses
Sycamore Partners →Sycamore reorganized remaining Jones businesses into Nine West Group, Jeanswear company (not yet named), Jones New York and Kasper Group, following standalone Stuart Weitzman and Kurt Geiger. Nine West Group/Jeanswear financial reporting remained consolidated as Nine West Holdings.
