The Boots Group becomes standalone under Sycamore ownership

The Boots Group became a private standalone company after the WBA deal closed that day. Its former international businesses included Boots UK and Ireland, Boots Opticians, No7 Beauty Company, Thailand and franchise operations, Farmacias Benavides, Alliance Healthcare Germany and retail investments in China. Sycamore partnered with the Pessina family.
