Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP Capital issued a GBP600 million benchmark bond with a 4.50% coupon maturing July 14, 2031. PSP's official debt-issuer update is dated July 14, 2026. PSP Capital is its wholly owned, fully guaranteed financing subsidiary. This is bond issuance, not a loan financing.
