F2i’s Third Fund achieves first closing with over €3.1 billion raised

F2i’s Third Fund reached a first closing of approximately €3.14 billion. PSP was among new foreign investors. The fund inherited First Fund assets through a merger; total fundraising and the €1.4 billion of new commitments are collective amounts, not PSP’s allocation.
