ADIA subsidiary joins Warburg-led investment in PANTHERx Rare

Warburg Pincus said its investor group agreed to acquire control of PANTHERx Rare, a US specialty pharmacy, with a material minority investment by a wholly owned ADIA subsidiary. Individual capital commitment, percentage and final closing date were not disclosed at announcement; transaction subject to conditions.
