AirTrunk announces landmark green loan in Japan under new Green Financing Framework

AirTrunk closed a green loan on September 8, 2022 to finance its 110+MW West Tokyo TOK2 data centre. Crédit Agricole CIB and MUFG were joint sustainability structuring agents. PSP's connection was its equity investment in AirTrunk through the Macquarie-led ownership consortium; the release does not identify PSP as a lender. The new loan amount was not disclosed.
