FirstLight announces leadership transition

FirstLight announced Alicia Barton's departure and COO Justin Trudell's appointment as President and CEO effective December 1, 2023. The historical release describes integration of H2O Power and the pending Hydroméga acquisition. It predates the November 2026 sale of FirstLight's US business and retention of Canadian assets under Caelo Energy.
